Buyer’s Inspection
We will accompany you, the buyer, through a walkthrough and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using our multi-point home inspection checklist. Our home inspections include a comprehensive report noting all issues, unlimited follow-ups, and support from your home inspector.
Seller’s Inspection
For the homeowner who wants to make repairs to their home before they put it on the market and is willing to make the repairs, we will provide an inspection report which can be used as a baseline reference. We also offer Move-In Certified Inspections as a selling point for your home.
New Construction Phased Inspection
This inspection is for those that are having a home built and would like a phased inspection completed periodically throughout construction to ensure it is built professionally. We will inspect a system of the home at each phase to a minimum of 10 times for the total home build providing an online report for your review.
11 Month Inspection
Most new home builders include a 1-year warranty with the purchase of their home. A homeowner can have a home inspection done before the builder’s warranty expires. The homeowner can pass on the report to their builder’s warranty department for adjustments, repairs or replacement of home components.
Annual Maintenance Inspection
For the homeowner that wants a list of maintenance and repairs to work from. Sometimes, it’s difficult to objectively evaluate your own home. A professional inspection report can help prioritize home repairs.
